ABOUT ME

My life long passion for helping and supporting people in need, took direction in 2017, after attending life coaching sessions myself. I identified my purpose, set goals and " Seize Your Vision" was founded in 2018. 



My speciality lies in coaching retirees and families of the elderly. I empower seniors to improve their mindset, enrich their lives ( creating joy, tapping into their dreams and desires, etc.) and to find meaning and purpose in the autumn or winter of their lives.

Families with elderly parents are empowered to find the solutions within themselves to deal with the physical, emotional and psycholigical changes brought about through the aging process of their beloved parents. I have personally been through this with my much loved parents and fully understand the difficulties and anguish that families can go through... It's very hard.

I am passionate and committed to my clients of all ages. I will provide you with tools and techniques to confidently deal with your challenges, to push past emotional barriers and to see your life in a more positive and meaningful way.
